Social media content creation
With a teammate, I planned the hotel’s social media in two parts: posts that build its image, and posts made to reach new people. I made Instagram carousels about Istrian cycling routes, including the Parenzana trail, Motovun, Grožnjan and Završje. I also wrote captions and promotional copy for the hotel’s apartments and experiences, and edited promotional videos in DaVinci Resolve.
Digital systems, website and brand, from zero
Set up the whole digital side of the business from nothing. I built the website and the brand’s online presence, set up eZee and the channel manager, listed the retreat on booking sites, and ran the social media and growth plan behind the bookings.
